John Kearney is the Managing Director and Founder of Immerse Projects. Born in Brisbane and raised on the Gold Coast, John comes from a proud family of property developers who have been recognised around the region for their successful developments and their contribution to the community. John trained as an engineer at QUT and is also a qualified Open Builder. He has been building and developing townhomes and multi-story buildings in the area for 20 years.

John is also the Managing Director of Greyburn, a respected and trusted residential, retail and commercial building company that works across Southeast QLD and Northern NSW.

Ritchie Green brings over 20 years’ experience in property valuations and acquisitions. With a degree in property economics from QUT he has spent his career in the property industry. He has worked at a director-level within the valuation industry, specialising in the assessment of development sites, commercial property and prestige residential in both QLD and Northern NSW.

Ritchie transitioned into acquisitions working with a prominent Gold Coast-listed developer where he honed his ability to identify key development opportunities and implement development strategies. Having worked through global financial crises, coupled with his extensive property experience, Ritchie brings to Immerse Projects an informed understanding of reading market fluctuations to identify opportunities within each cycle.
