39 Mclean Street, Coolangatta
This project is currently in planning application stage with a mixed-use design proposed including ground level retail with apartments above. We were drawn to this site due to its proximity to all the amenity of Coolangatta’s beachside retail as well as the best beaches in Queensland. The design has honoured the arc like shape of the site with the built form taking inspiration from the New York Flatiron building.
